Twenty three years ago, my brother killed himself. It was sudden. It was unexpected. He had moved to Boston years earlier, but had always kept in contact. Another Chapter

Well, it's 2012. A new year, and a new chapter in my life. I've been phenomenally busy. Trying to find a job, starting a new community in the area I live, becoming more connected with my spiritual path. And yet, I have so much to look forward to this year.
Just a few goals:
Reading as many Witchy books as possible, part of a challenge I've taken up
Promoting my soap business more
Finding a job that will allow me to travel more
Writing again
I'll keep posting as to my progress. I've joined a book discussion group. We are discussing Kate West's "The Real Witches' Craft." So far, it's great!

As some of you might know, I've been working on a lot of things lately, many of them very personal. While I am making a lot of changes, I am still here, watching all of you and writing in the background. Some of you might have noticed a few new poems that are actually happy. I found a way to get to my 'happy place' again and write from memories. I hope to post more of these brighter pieces in the near future.
I'd like to thank a few people, both here and in real life for their support. Firstly, I'd like to thank all my watchers and everyone that I watch for being so patient over the past few months. I am making changes to my life

It's Lance. This is my new identity, new dA name. Hey there. I'm still around dA but not as much as I used to be. I hardly ever write anymore, which is a real tragedy. It would be nice if we could pick up where we left off. I've matured and come to know myself better. But I can't promise anything steady, like the days when I had too much free time and and too many whirling emotions. Perhaps we can force each other to push through writer's block. I have missed you though, and not just because you were my number 1 fan.
